BR trees are used at one-two-three- years of age for further growing in nurseries, containers or open ground. The choice of plant age depends on the purpose and specialization of production.

During the first year of growth, depending on the variety, the trees reach a height of 150-175-200-250 cm. For two-year-olds, the tree’s girth is 5-6-8-10 cm, for three-year-olds – 8-10-12-14 cm.

The climatic difference between the Netherlands and Eastern Europe should be taken into account, often the trees need to be stored in refrigeration units prior to shipment, which incurs additional overheads. To minimize the risk of fallout and ensure optimal loading, we offer crown shaping, root shaping and root treatment with hydrogel. We recommend to order trees from the beginning of August.
